We accept eligible return requests made within 30 calendar days after delivery.

Items must be unused, uninstalled, in resalable condition, and returned with original packaging, instructions, accessories, and proof of purchase. Please inspect deliveries promptly and contact us before installing an item that appears damaged or incorrect.

Return process

Contact us for authorization before sending anything back. We will provide the approved return address and instructions. Unauthorised returns may be delayed or refused. Return shipping costs and any restocking fee must match the store’s actual published commercial terms.

Non-returnable items

Custom, made-to-order, personalised, final-sale, clearance, installed, altered, and hygiene-sensitive items may be excluded where permitted by law. Statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods remain unaffected.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Original expedited shipping and third-party service charges are not refundable unless required by law. Bank processing times vary.

Store owner must confirm: actual return address, return shipping responsibility, restocking fee (if any), refund processing target, and cancellation rules for custom goods.
