Products are covered against qualifying manufacturing defects for one year from delivery unless a longer period is stated on the product page or required by law.

What is covered

Coverage applies to defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use and correct professional installation. Remedy may be repair, replacement parts, replacement product, or another remedy required by law.

Exclusions

Normal wear, natural material variation, misuse, incorrect voltage, improper installation, unauthorised modification, environmental damage, consumable bulbs, and damage in transit after customer-arranged forwarding are not covered unless law requires otherwise.

Claim information

Provide the order number, installation date, installer details where relevant, photographs or video, and a clear description of the issue. Do not dismantle or discard the product before receiving instructions.

Store owner must confirm: warranty contact, actual coverage by product category, remedy procedure, labour coverage, and return freight responsibility.
